On June 23, 2015, a Cuyahoga County, Ohio jury awarded Kelley Ferraro, LLC, clients Mark Schwartz and his children over $20 Million Dollars. See Mark Schwartz, Individually and as Executor of the Estate of Kathleen Schwartz, Deceased, et al. v. Honeywell International, Inc. et al., Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas Case No. 819582. Mr. Schwartz’s wife Kathleen Schwartz died from peritoneal mesothelioma… as a result of asbestos exposure Kathleen received at a young age by coming into contact with her father’s clothes. The jury’s award in the Schwartz Case is believed to be one of the largest monetary awards in asbestos litigation in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
