Kelley Ferraro, LLC, attorney, Joyce Chambers Reichard, was appointed to serve as a member of the Plaintiff’s Steering Committee for the Philips Recalled CPAP, Bi-Level PAP, and Mechanical Ventilator Products Liability Litigation. Last June, Philips recalled certain CPAP, BiPAP and mechanical ventilator devices after exposing customers to harmful and potentially fatal chemicals from the foam used in the devices. The Multi-District Litigation (MDL) is centralized before Senior Judge Joy Flowers Conti in the Federal District Court in Pittsburg, PA. Joyce was selected out of 75 other applicants to be on the 12-member committee.
