Reichard joined Kelley Ferraro, LLC in 2002 where she functioned as the firm’s senior litigation paralegal and litigation manager. Reichard became an Associate in 2017. Reichard was named partner in 2023. She graduated from Notre Dame College of Ohio in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in paralegal studies and in 2016 from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law with a Juris Doctor and Health Law Certificate.
Reichard has successfully handled benefit compensation claims for many of our U.S. Veterans and has negotiated large settlement awards for clients in the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury. Reichard has second and third-chair jury trial experience involving multimillion dollar jury verdicts for mesothelioma victims and their families. Additionally, Reichard has argued before the 9th District Court of Appeals, Administrative Law Judges with the Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals, has testified before the Ohio House of Representatives, and has extensive experience in lien resolution between individuals and their insurers including, but not limited to, most private healthcare insurers, healthcare providers, Medicaid, Medicare, and the Veterans Administration. Reichard focuses her daily practice on multidistrict litigation, but also represents clients in personal injury, products liability, and asbestos litigation.

In 2021, Reichard was appointed by then President of the American Bar Association to serve as a member of the Standing Committee on Paralegals where she assisted with the creation and modification of guidelines for the effective utilization of paralegal services, monitored trends in the paralegal field, voted on important matters involving the paralegal education approval process and the approval of paralegal programs throughout the United States, co-authored and edited blog posts for the American Bar Association Standing Committee on Paralegals webpage, and assisted with drafting the ABA publication titled: The Economic Benefits of Paralegal Utilization, 2nd Edition (McClure, 2022).
Reichard is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Ohio Association for Justice and West Shore Bar Association. Reichard is admitted to practice law in the State of Ohio; United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio; United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio; and United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Reichard also has provisional admission in many other district courts throughout the United States.
Reichard is a trustee with the Ohio Association for Justice, is a volunteer for the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland’s Veterans Legal Clinic, and previously served as an adjunct faculty member for the Ursuline College Legal Studies Program. Reichard has been named to the Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for seven consecutive years, from 2019 to 2026.
Reichard is a life-long resident of Cleveland’s west side and during her free time she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
