Matt McMonagle

Biography

Matt McMonagle is a Partner at Kelley-Ferraro. Matt joined Kelley-Ferraro in 2004 and has honed his courtroom experience as a trial attorney in civil jury trials throughout the state.  Matt manages cases from inception to completion, building a depth of knowledge in all associated processes, from jury selection and examination of witnesses to motion practice, oral arguments, and appeals.

Matt was selected by Super Lawyers to the Ohio Rising Stars list for six consecutive years, from 2011 to 2016. Matt has also been selected to Super Lawyers list each year from 2021 and 2026.  Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected to receive this honor.  Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

In addition to his work at Kelley Ferraro, LLC, Matt served as Judge of the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court, General Division, and as Magistrate of the Rocky River Municipal Court.
